Romantic Break
Hammam Room
A small quirky room converted from Dar Habiba’s traditional ‘beldi’ style hammam. The bed (180cm by 135cm) is tucked away inside the former hammam area which it fills completely. The mattress here is unusually high at 75cm from the floor (most of our beds are at 50cm) and you climb in through original cute little hammam doors which can be closed behind you if you wish. All of this makes for a fun experience but this room is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility. Two stunning coupola domes decorated with intricate plaster work and stunning hand crafted Fez style lamps complete the unique atmosphere.
Berber Room
The Berbers are the indigenous Moroccan people, reflecting their great tradition of hospitality our Berber room is elegant in its simplicity. Located on the ground floor and handily placed for the patio and dipping pool.
Habiba Room
Dar Habiba is the ‘house of friends’, the signature Habiba room is situated on the first floor. Contemporary Moroccan styling gives the room a simple elegance and bright lively atmosphere.
Nomade Room
With a traditional high wooden ceiling the Nomade room at Dar Habiba has a more spacious feel and you won’t lack for creature comforts.
Kouba Room
A charming mini suite brimming with character. The sleeping area features a spectacular dome (kouba in arabic) from which the room takes its name. Down a short flight of stairs is a cosy sitting area with satellite tv leading to the compact shower room. The sofa can be made up as a bed for a child.

Dar Habiba has only three guest rooms and one suite, so we can provide a truly personal service.

| I Have stayed at this magical Riad with my partner and it was by far the best accommodation we have stayed in during our morocco tour. The room was a bit narrow but comfortable and clean. Cute ensuite shower room. the terrace is nice ( a bit dusty but you are at the edge of the desert...) Overall a great stay and I would definitely recommend this riad. | ||

In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Dar Habiba will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
